About the food
Your experience begins with the spoils of our King’s latest hunt.
It centres around a hog, brined, marinated then slow roasted over coals by our extraordinary partners and Borough Market legends, London Hog.
About it, a host of other medieval dishes will be served, reimagined with modern flair by Masterchef Champion Natalie Coleman. Natalie will also craft a sumptuous vegetarian main so that all diners may feast into the night.
Should you be imagining 13th Century fare, please think again. This will be a contemporary take on medieval food, a gastronomic fusion of your era and ours.
Like all great banquets, ours will be all you can eat. The bounty will never end and can be washed down with a complimentary glass of Gosnell’s sparkling mead.
A host of other fine wines, meads and ales, will be available from the Castle Kitchens. And perhaps even a secret cocktail. If you know who to ask.
To keep the highest gastronomic standards we must strictly limit the number of seats at our feast. So we warn you – to guarantee the spoils of our hunt are yours, book well in advance.

We can accommodate most requests 48-hours in advance. Unfortunately, anything asked for on the night cannot be dealt with.
